Job Description:

Wells Fargo Bank N.A. is seeking a Lead Software Engineer in Irving, TX to lead complex initiatives, develop best practices, collaborate with teams, and design technology solutions. Telecommuting is permitted for up to 2 days a week.

Job Responsibility:

Lead complex technology initiatives with companywide impact
develop standards and best practices for engineering large-scale technology solutions
design, code, test, debug, and document
review and analyze complex technology solutions for business objectives and technical challenges
collaborate with technical experts and external industry groups
lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field plus 5 years of experience in software engineering
3 years of Java development experience
2 years of Web-UI development with React or Angular
2 years of Rest-based Microservices development experience
2 years of pub/sub microservices development experience on Kafka framework
1 year of experience with GraphQL development
1 year of MongoDB experience
