Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer who will be responsible for leading the development and support of business process automation built with Blueprism and UIPath 2019.x. The Software Engineer will be part of development team in a customer {internally} facing role, to drive delivery of new automated processes as well as managing the changes required for the automations for our Wells Fargo Technology team.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the development and support of business process automation built with Blueprism and UIPath 2019.x
Drive delivery of new automated processes
Manage changes required for automations
Troubleshoot and provide solutions for production issues
Work with developers and application owners to implement changes and document them
Contribute to the evolution of methodologies and procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field
5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving software engineering and implementation experience
2 years of experience delivering complex enterprise-wide information technology solutions
3 years of automation experience
3 years of Blue Prism Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development experience
3 years of UiPath development experience
3 years of process and solution design
2 years of direct user requirements gathering and refinement
