Job Description:

Wells Fargo Technology designs, develops, and operates strategic technological solutions. This role focuses on solution architecture, open architecture designs, customer experience solutions, and user interface design for Wells Fargo's enterprise and risk technology. Responsibilities also include developing technology roadmaps and fostering alliances across teams.

Job Responsibility:

Develop solution architecture for enterprise strategic risk technology solutions
adhere to team standards, processes, workflows, and schedules
partner with architects, developers, and senior managers to develop technology roadmap
approach development and production issues methodically
work on multiple complex issues and projects
design and build solutions using open architecture
develop and execute customer experience solutions for online applications
create complex industry-leading user interface design solutions
serve as design advocate with the ability to forecast and assess industry trends and their impact on the company's product design alternatives
establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
build alliances with the lines of business, technical operations, and architecture teams to achieve strategic objectives
provide product usability, evaluation, and support to product development teams
present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders

Requirements:

5 years of SQL experience
5 years of development experience with languages such as Python, Java, Scala, or R
3 years of ETL, data warehouse and data analytics delivery experience on internal or external cloud platforms
2 years of fiduciary experience
1 year of Tableau experience
