Job Description:

We’re hiring multiple software engineers at varying levels of seniority to join a collaborative and product-focused engineering team. You’ll help build, scale, and maintain modern digital products used by thousands of users across Canada. Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, test, and deploy scalable software solutions
Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, and sprint planning
Build and maintain modern applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and REST APIs
Advocate for best practices in software engineering including unit testing, CI/CD, and clean architecture
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team learning and growth
Lead the design and technical planning of major features or services

Requirements:

8+ years of software engineering experience
Proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring
Deep expertise in designing distributed systems and leading technical architecture discussions
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React
Understanding of REST APIs and front-end/backend fundamentals
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP)
Strong decision-making and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional teams
Experience with microservices and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and testing frameworks
Exposure to serverless technologies or event-driven architecture is a plus
Previous experience in a healthcare or regulated industry is a bonus (not required)
