We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer [Fullstack], where you will have the opportunity to be on the forefront of driving a major transformation within Capital One. The MLX team is at the forefront of how Capital One builds and deploys responsible GenAI and ML models; we onboard and educate associates on the GenAI and ML platforms and products that the whole company uses; we drive new innovation and research; and we’re working to seamlessly infuse Generative AI and ML into the fabric of the company. The AI experience we're creating is the foundation upon which our lines of business will continue to deliver next-generation machine learning-driven products and services for our customers.
