Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional software development experience
  • Java/Kotlin
  • Spring Boot
  • RESTful APIs

  • PostgreSQL
  • Proven ability to own technical strategy for a product or platform area end-to-end
  • Deep experience in mentoring and growing engineers and fostering high-performing teams
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills
  • Hands-on expertise in DevOps practices: CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • A security-first mindset with experience in risk assessments and applying secure-by-design principles
  • Strategic thinker who uses data and insights to weigh trade-offs and align decisions with long-term goals
  • Available for on-call duties one week out of every five weeks
