Scope: Core responsibilities to include handling day-to-day support tickets , work on enhancement requests. As part of Tech team this position will lead toward technical advancement of Ironclad CLM solution. This position will provide an opportunity to explore, troubleshoot and develop solutions on various functional domains and provide a good learning curve. The role involves business stakeholder interaction to gather requirements and knowledge on Contract life cycle management Understand the impact of Legal data changes and seek confirmation from business before making any changes in the system.
Job Responsibility
Design and implement Ironclad workflows, templates, and approval processes
Configure dynamic fields, conditional logic, and contract templates
Develop and maintain Ironclad integrations (Salesforce, Workday, DocuSign, ERP, etc.)
Build and manage API-based integrations and custom solutions
Perform system enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Collaborate with Legal and business teams to gather requirements
Maintain governance, user roles, permissions, and security settings
Support data migration and document imports
Provide user training and documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Ironclad CLM and 10+ years of overall experience implementing and supporting enterprise CLM platforms (e.g., Icertis, Agiloft, Docusign CLM, etc.). Strong knowledge of workflow automation and contract lifecycle processes
Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
Proficiency in JavaScript or low-code/no-code automation tools
Experience integrating with Salesforce, Workday, or other enterprise systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
