Requirements

  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Strong experience in Full Stack Development
  • Proficiency in at least one backend ecosystem: .NET (C#) or Java (Spring Boot / Microservices) or equivalent
  • Solid understanding of modern frontend technologies (React, Angular, or similar)
  • Deep expertise in relational databases and SQL (performance tuning, schema design)
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Exposure to Gen AI technologies (LLMs, prompt engineering, API integration, AI-powered apps)
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems
  • Experience building AI-powered products or platforms
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Highly self-driven, ownership-oriented, and proactive problem solver
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as both a team player and technical leader
