Lead Software Developer

The Lead Developer is the technical expert and hands‑on leader responsible for maintaining and enhancing the MIND system. This role ensures that system architecture, integrations, databases and application code remain stable, secure and scalable. The work involves directing development activities, coaching developers, reviewing designs, solving complex technical problems and supporting production operations. The Lead Developer oversees all development for both the web application and mobile application. This includes guiding the design of new features, leading troubleshooting during critical incidents, supporting data management and integrating with State systems. They help enforce coding standards, performance expectations, deployment practices and maintain strong communication across teams
