Want to be part of building the next major founder’s brand? Greg LaV, Co-founder CEO of Bloom, is scaling his founder platform, and we’re looking for a killer lead short-form editor who can turn raw founder moments into internet-breaking clips!

Job Responsibility:

  • Edit short-form content for designated short-form platforms
  • Build strong hooks and intros that match platform expectations
  • Pull moments from long-form content and turn them into effective clips
  • Edit 28x clips per week on Instagram
  • Apply clean pacing, correct framing, and platform-native formatting
  • Maintain clean file organization across projects and export folders
  • Deliver all edits on time within the workflow set by the Creative Director
  • Assist in creating carousels, graphics, story posts, and other types of content native to these platforms

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years editing short-form content for founders, creators, or brands
  • Strong understanding of all short-form platforms
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Adobe Suite
  • Ability to craft clean hooks, strong pacing, and high-retention educational edits
  • Able to take feedback, adapt to the “content market,” iterate fast, and deliver consistently
  • Familiar with Frame.io, Asana, Slack, Google Drive, and AI editing tools
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities at once
