Xometry is seeking a dedicated Lead/Senior Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top-tier talent in sales and GTM roles for our expanding operations in both the United States and Latam. This recruiter may be pulled into working on other non-technical or technical roles within the organization as needed.

Job Responsibility:

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer presentation
  • Talent Sourcing: Leverage a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing, to identify highly qualified sales candidates
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with Xometry. Utilize assessment tools and techniques to ensure optimal candidate selection
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with candidates to maintain a positive candidate experience and build a robust talent pipeline
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific talent needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to enhance our recruitment processes and contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy
  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide regular reports and analysis to support data-driven decision-making and inform recruitment strategies
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other members of the recruitment team to share knowledge, best practices, and ensure a cohesive approach

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for US-based companies
  • Mastery in English (both written and verbal)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, simultaneous recruitment projects effectively
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social recruiting platforms
  • Strong knowledge of common human resources practices, employment laws, and compliance regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Google Apps and Microsoft Suite
