Job Description:

This career step requires senior level experience. A Scrum Master is the servant leader of a scrum team. The scrum team uses an agile scrum development methodology which allows the team to self- organize and make changes quickly. Job Contribution: Senior level technical expertise. Deep technical knowledge and subject matter expert on ATT/Cricket technologies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Guide a scrum team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices
  • Assess the maturity of the scrum team, providing support and coaching
  • Remove impediments and/or guide the team on how to remove impediments
  • Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies
  • Remove impediments to a team’s productivity
  • Empower teams and facilitate creativity while guarding quality
  • Represent the team to management
  • Disseminate information to the team
  • Work with other Scrum Masters to ensure organizational process improvement
  • Build and maintain a trusting and safe environment
  • Protect the team from external distractions
  • Review IT change requests and approve as appropriate
  • Establish and improve IT change management processes
  • Support SOX audits
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Responsible for trending and analysis of key process metrics
  • Manage complex projects and stakeholder expectations
  • Work closely with Program Managers, Product Owners, UX Designers, Technical leads, and customers
  • Navigate between differing Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC)

Requirements:

  • Senior level experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Certification is required in some areas
  • Basic knowledge of ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and ITIL a plus
