Job Responsibility

  • Lead the development and growth of Spend Management / S/4HANA / EHS & Sustainability service offerings in the Germany/ Poland region, ensuring alignment with regional market needs and company strategy
  • Own regional financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and other relevant KPIs related to the portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and key customers across the region to drive business expansion and long-term collaboration
  • Collaborate with local sales teams to develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, supporting opportunity identification, qualification, and deal closure
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for the portfolio in the region, including positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership for delivery and solution teams, ensuring high-quality service execution and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and continuously evolve the service portfolio

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting, solution leadership, or service development in the area of SAP Spend Management & Business Network / SAP ERP solutions (SAP S/4HANA Public and Private Cloud)/ SAP Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) and Sustainability
  • Proven ability to build, own, and grow SAP solutions and service offerings with annual revenue targets
  • Strong SAP ecosystem knowledge and established relationships with SAP in the assigned region
  • Experience driving a regional pipeline
  • Ability to lead presales activities and ensure smooth handover to Account Executives for contract and commercial topics
  • Experience operating in a regional or country-based role with authority to define focus markets
  • Strong executive communication skills and ability to position SAP solutions at the C-level
  • Entrepreneurial, outcome-driven mindset with high ownership and accountability
  • English C1+
