We have an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Lead Engineer to join the team, taking ownership of our Salesforce platform. You’ll ensure our CRM system is reliable, scalable, and supports our business needs. As a hands-on leader, you’ll guide the development team and work closely with Product, Delivery, and Engineering to deliver quality solutions that improve experiences for our guests and colleagues.

Job Responsibility:

  • Technical Leadership - Lead the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions aligned to business and architectural standards
  • Team Leadership - Manage and mentor Salesforce developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews
  • Engineering Standards - Define and uphold coding, testing, and deployment best practices across the Salesforce platform
  • Integration & Data Management - Oversee integrations between Salesforce and other systems (e.g. web, booking, and finance platforms), ensuring reliable data flows and performance
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate closely with Product, Delivery, and Engineering teams to support smooth, end-to-end solution delivery

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow
  • Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware, web services)
  • Track record of leading or mentoring developers and implementing consistent engineering standards
  • Experience of managing packages of CPQ, Billing, and Vonage
