We are looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer with extensive experience in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ. This role is perfect for a technical leader who can design scalable solutions, integrate Salesforce with ERP and external systems, and mentor junior developers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead design and development of Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, CPQ)
  • Architect CPQ workflows, pricing models, and integrations
  • Integrate Salesforce with ERP, e-commerce, and external platforms
  • Maintain data integrity, system performance, and CI/CD pipelines using Git, GitLab, and SFDX
  • Mentor and guide junior developers

Requirements:

  • 12+ years Salesforce development experience (Service Cloud focus)
  • Expertise in Apex, LWC, Salesforce CPQ, and integration patterns
  • Hands-on experience with Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
