We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to join our growing team in India. This role requires a hands-on expert in Salesforce and Service Cloud technologies, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end projects and providing ongoing support. You will play a crucial role in collaborating with our US team, providing mentorship to local developers, and ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of our Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including custom objects, Apex code, Lightning components, Flows, and Process Builder
Lead technical discussions, define technical requirements, and provide architectural guidance for Service Cloud implementations
Collaborate closely with our US-based team, ensuring a few hours of overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST) to facilitate seamless communication and project coordination
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers in India, fostering their growth and ensuring best practices are followed
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) for Service Cloud projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support
Perform code reviews, ensure code quality, and maintain documentation for all technical solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce Service Cloud
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices
Participate in agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
8+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on Salesforce Service Cloud
Proven expertise in Apex, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), Salesforce APIs, Flows, Process Builder, SOQL, and SOSL
In-depth knowledge of Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Omni-Channel, Service Console, Live Agent, Knowledge, and Entitlements
Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., REST, SOAP APIs)
Solid understanding of Salesforce development best practices, design patterns, and governor limits
Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong mentorship and leadership abilities
Nice to have:
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Service Cloud Consultant are highly desirable
Experience on Slack for Service Cloud, Einstein for Service, Agentforce are a big plus
