Responsible for India Growth Markets and Baxsol Channel Revenue Goals and Strategic Goals from East (states of West Bengal, Orissa, Patna and '7 Sisters')
IGM_ Lead Sales_ East Zone
Responsible for coaching and enabling 3 IGM ASMs based at East of India for delivering the Revenue Goals aligned to Annual operating plan and long rage plan
Driving Process awareness and adherence with self and team ( GIP, Commex related KPI s , Performance management, Wigs)
Facilitating Recruitment, Induction, on Job training and retention of ASMs
Partnering with Marketing for Business Development and Geox
Baxsol _ Lead _ East Zone
Tender Management- Tender shaping with desired specifications to be ahead of the competition
AR Management- Timely collection of overdue outstanding and EMDs from the Govt institutions through effective co ordination with he Liaison
Revenue management- New product inclusions in the key accounts , Effective co ordination with various business units, for the revenue optimization
Cross functional collaboration with RA, SC, Finance, Quality etc. as per the requirement
10 days of Out Station working in a month on an average
