Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Risk Analytics Consultant to lead complex initiatives related to business analysis and modeling, act as key participant in data aggregation, monitoring, and reporting of stress testing and portfolio analysis for Risk Analytics.

Job Responsibility:

Lead complex initiatives related to business analysis and modeling
Act as key participant in data aggregation, monitoring, and reporting of stress testing and portfolio analysis for Risk Analytics
Review and analyze complex programing models to extract data and manipulate databases
Manage the roll out of pilot programs developed as a result of programmed models
Make decisions in complex product strategies, data modeling, and risk exposure
Collaborate and consult with peers and managers to resolve production, project, and regulatory issues
Lead projects, teams, and mentor
Manage and maintain data and relationships with partners for one or more systems of records
Participate in monthly data load and reconciliation activities
Design and build rich data visualizations to communicate complex ideas
Create and interpret Business Intelligence data
Become a SME in Reporting, Data Quality check elements, and technology infrastructure
Identify and implement areas of opportunities for quality assurance, data validation, analytics and data aggregation
Create and execute UAT test cases, log defects and manage defects till closure

Requirements:

5+ years of Risk Analytics experience
5+ years of experience SQL, Teradata, and or Hadoop experience
5+ years of experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI applications
3+ years of experience in risk (includes compliance, financial crimes, operational, audit, legal, credit risk, market risk)
Experience researching and resolving data problems and working with technology teams on remediation of data issues
Demonstrated strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
