Rapid7 is looking for a passionate Revenue Operations business partner to join our INTL organization. You will play a key role in enhancing the operational efficiency and performance of our Sales and GTM teams. You will work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to analyse performance metrics, optimise business processes & systems, and support key initiatives that include revenue growth strategies.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate cross-functionally to provide in-depth business analytics
Support the GTC rhythm of business reporting
Drive improvement of business processes
Create customised, intricate dashboards and automated reporting tools
Develop ad-hoc and proactive analyses
Partner with IT teams to understand new capabilities
Assist with key sales and customer success planning activities
Mentoring and guiding a growing Revenue Operations team
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as an analyst in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Business Operations in a tech company
BA/BS degree in business or related field preferred
5+ years of Salesforce.com experience and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skill
Salesforce certification or Lightning experience
Experience with Tableau, PowerBI or similar analytics platform
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Experience working in a high-growth, performance and deadline driven environment
Results oriented with strong attention to detail
Curiosity to learn and be challenged with a can do attitude
A team player who collaborates effectively
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
