Job Description

Rapid7 is looking for a passionate Revenue Operations business partner to join our INTL organization. You will play a key role in enhancing the operational efficiency and performance of our Sales and GTM teams. You will work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to analyse performance metrics, optimise business processes & systems, and support key initiatives that include revenue growth strategies.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide in-depth business analytics
  • Support the GTC rhythm of business reporting
  • Drive improvement of business processes
  • Create customised, intricate dashboards and automated reporting tools
  • Develop ad-hoc and proactive analyses
  • Partner with IT teams to understand new capabilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an analyst in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Business Operations in a tech company
  • BA/BS degree in business or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of Salesforce.com experience and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skill
  • Salesforce certification or Lightning experience
  • Experience with Tableau, PowerBI or similar analytics platform
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience working in a high-growth, performance and deadline driven environment
  • Results oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Curiosity to learn and be challenged with a can do attitude
  • A team player who collaborates effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
