  • Handle imagery post-shoot, including ingesting files, organising assets, and preparing images for retouching
  • Ensure accurate filing and delivery of all retouched images across e-commerce, marketing, and campaign outputs
  • Oversee quality control checks to ensure all imagery meets brand standards before release
  • Support the integration of AI and emerging retouching technologies to enhance workflow efficiency and production scalability
  • Identify opportunities to improve retouching processes through automation, AI-assisted tools, and new techniques
  • Help the team adopt innovative approaches to image production while maintaining the brand’s visual quality standards
  • Work closely with photographers, stylists, producers, and the wider creative team to maintain visual consistency
  • Provide input into team workflow, processes, and creative direction
  • Lead by example within the retouch team, maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and organisation
  • Support the development and upskilling of junior retouchers, providing guidance, feedback, and technical support
  • Help identify opportunities for training, knowledge sharing, and process improvements within the team
  • Contribute to career development pathways for junior team members, helping them grow their technical and creative retouching skills

Requirements:
