About the Role: Lead Retail Consultant – Constellation at Tottenham Hotspur. Constellation is the flexible work force division of Levy and Compass, using innovative solutions and technology to empower our people to make the guest experiences at our venues memorable. The Role: Lead Retail Consultant, you will play a pivotal leadership role within Tottenham and Constellation, setting the standard for operational excellence across the hospitality areas, through supplying the right people with the right skills in the right places. Your leadership will directly influence team engagement, service quality, and client satisfaction, while driving measurable improvements in efficiency and performance. You will be the Ambassador of culture. This is a role with genuine autonomy and influence, offering the opportunity to shape strategy, strengthen partnerships, and make a lasting impact on both business results and the experience of the people you lead.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead delivery of Retail staffing across the venue
  • ensure all retail areas are fully staffed on match days and non-match days
  • ensure minimum consistency across retail areas
  • help create recruitment strategy
  • be part of payroll check process
  • support departmental reporting
  • plan and lead retail check in process
  • support all variable ER processes
  • coaching and mentoring 1 direct report
