Driving Renewable - Technical Advisory Center in Dubai to execute jobs for Network countries under Guidance of Technical Center Power & Utilities head. The aim of Renewable - Technical Center is to support and grow the Renewables Technical Advisory business within regional offices in Middle East and Caspian Region in various assignments for Renewable projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Driving Renewable - Technical Advisory Center in Dubai to execute jobs for Network countries under Guidance of Technical Center Power & Utilities head
  • Support and grow the Renewables Technical Advisory business within regional offices in Middle East and Caspian Region in various assignments for Renewable projects
  • Leading team of Renewable Energy for both Network Jobs as well as Domestic Jobs
  • Business Development of Technical Advisory as well as Owners Engineering services in the region
  • Preparation and submission of Intercompany proposals to network countries
  • Have a good understanding of Bureau Veritas's vision, capabilities, and services offerings in Renewable domain
  • Coordination and support Global Product Lines and Technical Leads/ Subject Matter Experts across to globe with Technical expertise to develop Renewable Energy Service portfolio of BV as and when required
  • Driving jobs for Solar, Wind and BESS potential assessment, Energy Yield Assessment and preparation of project feasibility reports, detailed project reports and formulating technical specifications for the customer’s requirement
  • Leading Technical Due Diligence and Lenders Engineering activity for Renewable Energy Portfolio, Preparation of Feasibility Study & DPR’s (Detailed Project Report)
  • Leading Design Review activities for Owners Engineering projects for Renewable Energy both Domestic as well as for Network countries
  • Report Preparation and presentation to customer
  • Handling and resolving the queries
  • Report review of all the deliverable before submission to Customer
  • Identification & Empanelment of Subcon Network to execute the job in case of overloaded team or missing competencies
  • Ensure performance in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV corporate standards in the area of responsibility (e.g. BV Values, corporate identity, policies, and procedures)

Requirements:

  • BE Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical or equivalent
  • Post-Graduation in Energy domain will be added advantage
  • 10+ Years of experience in Renewable Energy Consultancy
  • Strong technical acumen to understand, analyze and propose optimal technical solution to customer’s requirements
  • Expertise in Contract Review, Technical Due Diligence and Lenders Engineering & Owners Engineering activity for Renewable Energy Portfolio
