Job Description:

Own the recruiting machine. Schedule interviews like clockwork, fix broken processes, keep candidates thrilled. Be the force multiplier for every hire.

Job Responsibility:

Low latency interview scheduling, zero lost time, zero no-shows
Partner with recruiters + managers: seamless from ping to offer
Spot ops gaps, build tools/fixes—cut cycle time
Train + mentor coordinators
own the playbook & build the process
Keep ATS spotless: data, reports, audits
Handle chaos: last-min swaps, conflicts, curveballs
Be the candidate whisperer—clear, pro, always on

Requirements:

7+ yrs coordination ops in tech/hardware recruiting
Master juggler: calendars, stakeholders, details
Candidate-obsessed communicator
Google Workspace/Slack/ATS ninja
Discrete, proactive fixer
100% onsite, no exceptions
