Requirements:

  • Experienced full-cycle technical recruiter with 10+ years of experience hiring for engineering roles
  • At least 3-5 years specifically recruiting for artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related technical roles
  • Understanding of the difference between ML engineers, research scientists, and applied scientists
  • Ability to speak credibly about transformers, embeddings, LLMs, and the latest developments in AI
  • Experience working for a fast-scaling, technology company before, ideally one with a strong AI/ML engineering function
  • Ability to execute quickly on a high number of reqs without sacrificing quality
