Job Responsibility

  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of UI components using React.js and related libraries
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform wireframes and prototypes into fully functional, user‑friendly applications
  • Drive front‑end architecture decisions to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability
  • Integrate UI components with backend services built on .NET / C#
  • Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and supporting backend features when needed
  • Work with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure to deploy, monitor, and optimize applications
  • Implement efficient data access patterns using SQL Server and NoSQL databases (DocumentDB, Cosmos DB, DynamoDB, etc.)
  • Write clean, testable, and reusable code following industry best practices

Requirements

  • 13+ years of professional software development experience
  • Around 8+ years of hands‑on experience with React.js, including hooks, state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.), and performance optimization
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Solid experience with .NET / C#, including building APIs or backend services
  • Expertise with AWS or Azure cloud services (Lambda, API Gateway, App Services, S3, CloudFront, Azure Functions, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of relational databases, particularly SQL Server
  • Experience with NoSQL databases such as DocumentDB or Cosmos DB
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, modern DevOps practices, and Git‑based workflows
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment

Nice to have

  • Experience with server‑side rendering (Next.js) or micro‑frontend architectures
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with performance profiling, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
  • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries (Material UI, Fluent UI, Chakra UI, etc.)
