Job Description

The project focuses on architecting and scaling automation frameworks, particularly within Salesforce-driven environments, and integrating AI-driven automation capabilities. This is a highly hands-on leadership role requiring expertise in building Selenium frameworks from scratch, scaling automation for enterprise-grade platforms, and embedding automation into CI/CD pipelines within a cloud-native architecture.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and execute an enterprise automation roadmap across 13 engineering teams
  • Design and build scalable Selenium automation frameworks from scratch
  • Implement Salesforce-focused automation strategies (Flows, UI components, integrations)
  • Integrate AI-driven automation (self-healing scripts, intelligent test generation, predictive analysis)
  • Embed automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation
  • Lead, mentor, and coach QE engineers across teams
  • Implement mobile (Appium) and performance testing (JMeter) strategies
  • Establish coding standards, reusable components, and automation KPIs
  • Validate complex integrations across web, mobile, APIs, and AWS services
  • Report automation health metrics and quality risks to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience of leading automation teams in enterprise or high-growth environments
  • 7+ years of hands-on automation experience, including building Selenium frameworks from scratch
  • Strong expertise in Python and Selenium WebDriver
  • Significant experience with TestNG and Cucumber (BDD)
  • Strong experience automating Salesforce workflows
  • Strong CI/CD integration experience
  • Experience testing distributed and event-driven AWS architectures
  • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Availability for US timezone overlap until 2 PM CST
  • English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher

  • Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder)
