Requirements:

  • Define and communicate a comprehensive, long-term vision for the organization's quality engineering strategy
  • Design testing architecture by maintaining and selecting the optimal tools such as Gitlab Duo, Technologies, and Java based frameworks for automation
  • Create strategic test plans that cover the entire Testing lifecycle
  • Define and enforce quality gates within the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline
  • Integrate quality 'leftward' by working with development teams to 'shift quality left,' encouraging and implementing testing practices earlier in the development cycle
  • Mentor Automation Engineers by Providing technical leadership and mentorship
  • Bridge communication gaps: Act as a central point of contact to ensure that all teams are aligned on quality objectives
  • Evaluate new technologies: Research, evaluate, and deploy new and innovative testing tools and technologies
  • Monitor and report metrics: Define and track key quality metrics and performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Standardize processes: Define and standardize quality assurance procedures, guidelines, and documentation
  • Development and implementation of comprehensive test plans and strategies
