Job Responsibility

  • Designing and implementing a company-wide test strategy, architecture, and processes that ensure quality at every stage
  • Embedding quality early in the development lifecycle by promoting a Shift-Left Testing mindset
  • Leading and scaling test automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Appium, RestAssured, Postman
  • Owning and overseeing end-to-end testing, including performance, security, and regression testing
  • Mentoring engineers to become quality champions within their teams
  • Defining and integrating Quality Gates into CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions
  • Exploring and adopting emerging technologies such as AI-driven testing, contract testing, mutation testing
  • Establishing and tracking quality metrics to measure progress and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in software testing
  • at least 2 years in a lead or architectural position
  • strong expertise in designing and maintaining test automation frameworks and methodologies
  • hands-on experience in performing API, integration, data validation, and UI testing
  • experience in working with CI/CD tools and modern DevOps environments
  • a strategic mindset, treating quality as an integral part of product value
  • excellent skills in communicating, coaching, and leading change across teams
