Job Description

We are establishing a formal quality practice for the platforms that power our go-to-market and analytics teams. As our first Lead QA Engineer, you will take test scripts authored by Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Support, execute each script as if you were that stakeholder, and confirm every release across Salesforce, NetSuite, ServiceNow, Gainsight, Certinia, CPQ, Snowflake, Tableau, and dbt meets real-world expectations. Your work turns business scenarios into reliable, repeatable tests and gives stakeholders the confidence to sign off on every deployment. *This role is late evening shift position, hours between 1:00 - 11:00p IST

Job Responsibility

  • Build and maintain a unified QA strategy that covers applications, integrations, and data pipelines
  • Review stakeholder-authored scripts, enhance them when gaps appear, and convert them into manual and automated test suites
  • Run functional, regression, integration, performance, security, and data-quality tests in sandbox and production-like environments
  • Embed smoke and regression checks into Copado so only validated code moves forward
  • Manage realistic test data in Salesforce sandboxes and Snowflake dev environments
  • Log defects in Jira, drive root-cause analysis with developers, retest fixes, and issue clear go/no-go calls
  • Publish easy-to-read QA metrics that show coverage, defect trends, and release readiness
  • Coach admins, developers, and analysts to create stronger scripts and embrace a quality-first mindset

Requirements

  • 8 years of professional QA experience, including 2 years leading or owning QA for enterprise business systems
  • Proven testing expertise in Salesforce plus at least one finance platform such as NetSuite or Certinia
  • Practical automation experience with tools that integrate into Copado CI/CD
  • Comfortable working in Jira and Confluence and collaborating directly with non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

Experience with Gainsight, ServiceNow, or CPQ testing
