Job Description

Build the integration layer powering next-generation AI for professional services. Our client is a productivity/search/AI platform that sits on top of the daily workflow tools used by professional services firms — Microsoft 365, Slack, browsers, storage systems and more — and brings everything into one AI-powered dashboard. We ingest, structure, vectorise and organise content so it can be used with LLMs for Q&A, summarisation, auto-categorisation and intelligent research workflows.

Job Responsibility

  • Architect and build integrations with third-party platforms (Microsoft Graph, Slack, browsers, etc.)
  • Design robust ingestion pipelines to process and structure high-volume data
  • Work closely with our AI team to push structured data into LLM-driven pipelines
  • Help shape database schemas and content organisation strategy
  • Collaborate with frontend engineers to design intuitive integration configuration flows
  • Set engineering standards and mentor other engineers as we grow

Requirements

  • 5+ years software engineering experience – ideally with Python
  • Experience building production API integrations
  • Strong systems thinking — data modelling, pipelines, scaling considerations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment

Nice to have

Exposure to LLM workflows (classification, summarisation, embeddings, etc.)

What we offer

  • Meaningful early-stage equity
  • Direct influence over product and architecture
  • Opportunity to grow into broader technical leadership
