Job Description

Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced Systems Engineering Lead to work with a key client.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead teams that work on complex systems engineering solutions for customers
  • Design & develop engineering systems associated with physical products including feature functionality, engineering architecture, system integrations, simulations, and test methods
  • Oversee feature plan implementation and design failure mode effect analysis
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform
  • Responsible for team decisions
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
  • Develop innovative solutions for system engineering challenges
  • Lead the implementation of new engineering architectures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system integrations
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations to enhance team efficiency

Requirements

  • Experience as a Python developer
  • Experience in object-oriented programming concepts, unit & integration testing, web architecture and application servers
  • Understanding and experience with AWS serverless technologies
  • ec2, EKS (Kubernetes), VPC, transit gateway, private link
  • Fundamental Linux
  • Experience in IaC (CloudFormation and/or Terraform)
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
  • Good understanding of microservices architecture and container technology
  • Good understanding and experience of container technologies (Docker)
  • CI/CD pipeline development experience (Azure DevOps or similar)
  • Site Reliability Engineering
