Requirements

  • +3 years of hands-on experience in project planning or scheduling, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or engineering sector
  • Proficient in industry-standard planning tools — P6 and Microsoft Project are expected
  • experience with business intelligence programs such as Power BI or Tableau is a strong advantage
  • Experienced in schedule development, baseline management, critical path analysis, and earned value or progress measurement
  • Skilled at communicating schedule progress and risks to stakeholders, and proactive in raising flags early when issues or delays are anticipated
  • Highly structured and detail-oriented, with a pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • A strong communicator in English, both written and spoken — Danish is a plus
