Job Responsibility:

Be the go-to planning expert on your engagements, responsible for developing and maintaining complex project schedules, facilitating risk assessments, establishing progress measurement frameworks, and delivering high-quality reporting
Play an active role in contributing to how we develop our planning practice internally
Requirements:
+3 years of hands-on experience in project planning or scheduling, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or engineering sector
Proficient in industry-standard planning tools — P6 and Microsoft Project are expected
experience with business intelligence programs such as Power BI or Tableau is a strong advantage
Experienced in schedule development, baseline management, critical path analysis, and earned value or progress measurement
Skilled at communicating schedule progress and risks to stakeholders, and proactive in raising flags early when issues or delays are anticipated
Highly structured and detail-oriented, with a pragmatic approach to problem solving
A strong communicator in English, both written and spoken — Danish is a plus
