A fantastic opportunity to join us as we create a standalone Payments Acquiring business embracing a fintech culture from our new offices alongside our Brookfield partners. This is an exciting time to join a unique project well suited to candidates who thrive in a fast paced, flat organisation with significant autonomy. Enterprise Technology will be replacing a complex, largely on premise technology stack with a clean new SaaS landscape for Finance, Risk, HR and Functions IT. We require an exceptional project manager to help coordinate and govern that delivery. The successful candidate must be hands on, deep in the detail, actively identifying and resolving issues and deputising for the Enterprise Technology Lead. This is an 18 month Fixed Term Contract role to drive the build out of the new stack. During this time we will be defining the go forward model for Enterprise Technology and anticipate a variety of permanent roles will become available.

Job Responsibility:

  • Creating and owning the overall plan for Enterprise Technology, managing dependencies and interlocks with Value Streams and Workstreams
  • Oversight and tracking of the SI Partners delivering for us
  • Managing budgets and resourcing
  • Actively driving and supporting change across the program
  • Management of change projects within the organisation, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Development and management of project plans that outline the scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for change projects
  • Communication with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners
  • Management of project teams
  • Management of project budgets
  • Creation of reports on project progress
  • Management of project risks
  • Facilitation of change management activities, including training and communication

Requirements:

  • Extremely pro active, detail oriented leader
  • Several years’ experience in Director level project / program management roles
  • Experience driving significant transformation projects
