The successful candidate is likely to come from a technical software background and then moved into an Agile Delivery Leadership role, as a good understanding of software architectural patterns will be needed to ensure a smooth hand-over from Pre-Sales.
Job Responsibility:
Managing the delivery of international Insurance software projects and integrating a multi-disciplinary team
Promoting alignment between product and technical teams throughout software delivery lifecycle
Liaising and negotiating with stakeholders and representing the tech team in customer-facing meetings
Supporting squad leads, ensuring clarity in requirements and release plans
Coordinating multi-team workstreams to avoid bottlenecks
Coaching reporting teams to achieve high standards of delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Solid delivery management background in Agile Insurance or FS, Software at Enterprise level
Solid Team Management experience – clear ability to influence and motivate
Good understanding of software architectural patterns and delivery phases (ideally from technical background)
Fluency in English language skills (can be based in Europe or UK)
Excellent problem solving, conflict resolution, negotiation and communication skills
