Job Description

Join the Product Pricing team as a Lead Product & Pricing Manager – Mortgage Acquisition. Play a big role in helping to put home ownership within reach of more people, generation after generation. Make recommendations to senior management, mentor junior colleagues and influence the business and customer outcomes for one of the biggest Building Societies in the country.

Job Responsibility

  • Analysing and managing the Society's mortgage product range to meet key metrics including margin, lending mix and volume
  • Review the market and evaluate products, making clear recommendations to senior management
  • Ensuring product range meets members needs, drives Purposeful lending and optimises commercial outcomes
  • Identifying opportunities to improve product range whilst operating to risk metrics

Requirements

  • Previous Product Management or Pricing experience
  • Being highly numerate and readily able to interpret disparate financial trends
  • Experience within financial services would be preferable
  • Problem solving skills with ability to draw clear conclusions and recommendations from multiple data sources / trends
  • create simplicity from complexity
  • Self-motivation
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Being very well organised and having good attention to detail
  • Being comfortable working in a fast moving environment
