Job Description:

Lead Product Owner role within Wealth and Investment Management, responsible for overall product management and strategic focus for complex/diverse major product line(s)/service

Job Responsibility:

Articulate product vision, definition, goals, and direction for teams
Work with leaders, stakeholders, SMEs, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team to ensure success against stated customer business value
Drive requirements, incorporating product expertise and industry/ competitor opportunities
Serve as Product Owner, driving end to end thinking and collaborating with assigned scrum team
Lead backlog prioritization
Adjust planning in situations that may include financial, control, or process roadblocks
Inspect pre-release progress, recommends changes, and ensures timelines are met
Ensure cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed by all constituents
Enhance/monitor key performance indicators and identifies improvement opportunities while ensuring all regulatory and compliance needs are met

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Product management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery or agile product owner
Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels
Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Agile experience
