You will drive the delivery of innovative, customer-centric solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards. As a Lead Product Manager on the team, you will shape value propositions, champion product innovation, and partner cross-functionally to deliver seamless, integrated experiences that balance growth, stakeholder satisfaction, and operational excellence. This role requires a strong understanding of the firm’s product offerings, financial acumen, and the ability to influence across stakeholders to ensure solutions remain competitive, compliant, and responsive to evolving customer needs.

  • Lead release planning, dependency management, and open issue governance to ensure consistent and coordinated execution across teams
  • Drive alignment across multiple Product Owners to ensure consistency in prioritization, execution standards, and delivery cadence across the platform
  • Engage directly with business owners, technology leads, and operations partners to drive decision making and maintain delivery momentum without escalation
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring clear requirements, defined scope, and alignment to strategic objectives across teams
  • Lead resolution of complex product and delivery challenges, balancing business needs, technical constraints, and risk considerations
  • Advance the Advisory Platform roadmap by incorporating AI enabled capabilities to enhance personalization, decision support, and workflow efficiency
  • Operate as de facto stream leads within a flatter organizational model, absorbing coordination responsibilities previously handled at the management layer
  • Ensure adherence to risk, control, compliance, and regulatory requirements across all product management activities

Requirements

5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
