Under the supervision of the Studio Marketing Director, the candidate will lead the marketing team of our upcoming live PC & console game based on the Dungeons & Dragons IP. The Lead Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for the launch in early access, of regular updates and the creation of marketing plans and their execution, as well as setting up and implementing the mid to long-term marketing strategy of the game. This role is located in our production studio in Montreal, but you will also work and coordinate with collaborators located in various territories worldwide.
Job Responsibility:
Build and manage the Marketing team of the upcoming Dungeons & Dragons game in the Montreal studio
Build the GTM strategy of the game and establish an ambitious marketing plan to support the live phase on PC and console
Be the main point of contact with the IP owner
Build update and yearly marketing plans relying on user insights
Develop marketing programs focusing on innovative activations, viral content, and partnerships
Oversee the Social Media and Community strategy
Support the Influence team to build innovative campaigns with content creators
Manage promotional assets creation
Collaborate with the user acquisition team
Analyze the performances of marketing campaigns and report to management
Participate in game development to improve user experience and engagement
