The Lead Product Marketing Manager, MCED will be the primary liaison between the multi-cancer early detection (MCED) product, order to cash, and marketing teams and will lead development of product and operational messaging for marketing assets. This role will be responsible for garnering deep customer insights, maintaining deep product and services subject matter expertise, defining tactics and content, developing key Sales resources and training, and supporting product claims development. This individual will ideate, execute, and deliver product and operational messaging to be incorporated into marketing materials, Sales training, website content, and various other projects/programs directly promoting the product.
Job Responsibility:
Analyze and incorporate key market and clinical trends, disease state insights, and competitive offerings for the development of the product/services messaging
Create clear, effective, and integrated strategies, plans, and tactics for product marketing
Collaborate with Marketing for ideation and development of promotional materials for primary care providers, concierge and executive health clinics, health systems, and other relevant customer types
Act as the primary liaison with the order-to-cash workstream to contribute to the development and evolution of the patient and provider experience and leverage the services stack for competitive differentiation and messaging
Create streamlined assets for the Sales team to enable communication of the MCED test, workflows, operations, and product
Work directly with cross-functional internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Commercial Learning, Corporate Communications, Product Management, Customer Experience, Clinical Affairs, R&D, Market Access, and Medical Affairs on a wide range of collaborative projects
Respond to questions and requests related to department programs and functions and keep current on all technical and clinical data associated with the assay(s), along with primary product positioning, messages, and promotional collateral
Work directly and develop positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, such as sales, training, digital marketing, corporate communications, medical affairs, and sales operations on a wide range of projects
Translate scientific and operational content and complex workflows into simplified, key messages that resonate with HCPs and consumers
Coordinate timely medical, regulatory, and legal review of promotional materials and work closely with outside vendors to create promotional tools
Attend outside meetings and prepare reports, as needed, to convey scientific or competitive information that may affect our markets and product positioning

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree related field or High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 4 years of experience
8+ years of professional experience working in a team setting in the healthcare industry
5+ years of marketing experience in the diagnostic, biopharma, or medical device fields
3+ years of experience in a regulated environment, including CLIA, FDA, CE, and IVDR

Nice to have:
Advanced degree (MS, MBA, PhD, MD) in Life Sciences, Business, or Marketing
Demonstrated understanding of diagnostic product marketing
Product management experience
Previous experience with IVD product marketing is strongly preferred
Field sales experience in primary care
