Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a dynamic & self-starter Lead Product Manager for the Corporate Risk Product Management Group. Provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of complex, cross-functional products and services and collaborate with senior leaders to shape and execute product strategies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of complex, cross-functional products, and services
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and delivery teams to shape and execute product strategies
  • Lead end-to-end product management for a portfolio of technically complex and diverse products
  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision, prioritize backlogs, and establish clear goals
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, identifying synergies and opportunities across product lines
  • Champion change delivery across the portfolio, applying change management and agile methodologies
  • Influence business planning, define business requirements, and guide product design and implementation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery teams
  • Partner with all members of the product team to ensure seamless execution
  • Mentor and coach less experienced product managers

Requirements:

5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in risk-related functions within a financial institution
  • Proven ability to lead and influence in a matrixed environment
  • Strong executive presence with experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to drive work forward independently and collaboratively
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365
  • Demonstrated experience applying agile, product, and modern engineering mindsets to deliver customer-centric solutions
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, and risk domains
