Job Description

As a Lead Product Manager, your main responsibility will be to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of multiple products and platforms critical to Heetch’s success. This will involve collaborating with engineers, data scientists, designers, and operations experts to build great products that customers love. Your work will directly contribute to Heetch’s mission of making mobility more positive.

Job Responsibility

  • Creating a vision and strategy that will drive impact towards Heetch’s mission
  • Defining goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results
  • Leading cross-functional groups of designers, engineers, data scientists, designers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, execution, and successful product launches
  • Liaising with Engineering to ensure effective delivery of your products
  • Maintaining a product backlog and the product roadmap. Own prioritisation process of product solutions based on business value and customer impact.
  • Building alignment across teams and Leadership teams.
  • Driving maximum impact based on data analysis, market research, and company strategy
  • Anticipating bottlenecks, making tradeoffs and balancing the business needs, customer needs, versus technical or operational constraints
  • Maintaining close contact with business stakeholders that'll inform you on short and long-term goals
  • Interacting regularly with our users to understand their problems and motivations

Requirements

  • Experience building consumer products with a proven record of prioritising and successfully launching impactful products or platforms
  • Demonstrated leadership working effectively with designers, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial drive to achieve stretch goals in an innovative, fast-paced environment
  • An ability to absorb and synthesise the complex into the simple and persuasive, and tell compelling stories with data
  • High analytical acumen along with solid business sense, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and an ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences
  • Good balance between being collaborative and open to alternative views versus being decisive and clearly communicating the vision for the team
  • Comfortable advocating for a path forward among ambiguous options
  • Very high attention to detail, with an ability to connect the smallest experience elements to the big picture goals at the company and team level
  • An eagerness to seek feedback and improve
  • Full proficiency in English - French is a big plus (interaction with our users)
