Job Description

The Lead Product Manager is a global-facing role that partners closely with product and business stakeholders across multiple regions to define solutions aligned with customer needs and global business objectives. This role supports product teams by contributing to high-complexity, high-impact initiatives, ensuring alignment across markets, geographies, and technology platforms. The Lead Product Manager ensures business, user, and technology needs are met through continuous analysis, iteration, solution design, and delivery at a global scale. As a Lead Product Manager, you will lead business requirements gathering and develop a deep understanding of the problem space to ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations across regions. Post-delivery, you will drive global product lifecycle management activities to sustain product-market fit and support continued market success worldwide. This role requires strong cross-regional collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple time zones. Flexibility to participate in meetings or working sessions outside of standard local business hours may be necessary to support global teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Owns product strategy and delivery across multiple product areas or customer journeys, creating comprehensive product roadmaps that drive strategic objectives
  • Leads service design efforts across touchpoints, utilizing roadmaps to guide strategic decision making and product innovation aligned with user needs and business outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  • 6+ years of experience leading product initiatives, such as managing multiple product areas, driving strategic initiatives, and influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation

Nice to have

  • MS in Lifesciences, business or related field
  • 8+ years of experience supporting product launches, lifecycle management, or market expansion initiatives
