Our portfolio already includes 20+ different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education, and we are actively expanding into e-commerce and web. And there's even more to come! We are looking for a Lead Product Manager who will be responsible for a portfolio of products in the Cybersecurity niche across Tier-1 markets.
Job Responsibility
Shaping the mobile product strategy together with the Head of Product — from resource planning to pitching ideas at C-level
Building and prioritizing roadmaps, balancing quick wins with long-term strategic initiatives
Analyzing product and business metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and launching product experiments
Working on monetization, subscription mechanics, and improving key product metrics
Coordinating the work of Product, Analytics, Design, Engineering, QA, and Support teams
Developing the Product Management team through 1-on-1s, feedback, mentoring, and hiring new specialists
Strengthening product culture within the unit by improving discovery processes, data-driven decision making, and product quality standards
Requirements
Experience with B2C subscription-based mobile products
Solid understanding of unit economics: LTV, CAC, retention, payback period
Ability to build and defend a roadmap and PRD in front of stakeholders
Experience in monetization or product marketing: paywalls, pricing tests, plan structures, intro offers
Nice to have
Experience with pricing experiments and subscription optimization
Experience working with cross-platform products (iOS, Android, and web simultaneously)
Experience presenting strategic initiatives and defending budgets at the C-level
