Lead Product Designer

A fast-growing, international digital business is looking for a Product Design Lead to take ownership of its core product experience across five European markets. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on complexity, enjoys navigating multiple viewpoints, and knows how to bring people with them on a journey. This role goes far beyond visual design. It’s about owning UX logic, setting global design standards, and acting as the critical bridge between Group strategy, local market teams, Product, and Engineering.
