Job Description

We're looking for a Lead UX Designer who thrives on solving complex problems, works strategically, and isn't afraid to get hands-on when needed. This individual contributor role leads early-stage UX strategy and user research, while also driving the design of scalable, thoughtful solutions. The client is transforming their platform from a digital asset management tool into a modern creative operations hub for e-commerce teams with this role playing a pivotal part in that evolution.If you have B2B SaaS experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate directly with customers, this role is for you.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead UX strategy, including user research, discovery sessions, journey mapping, and prototyping
  • Collaborate directly with customers through user calls and research to uncover real workflows and pain points
  • Design scalable, modular UX systems that support growth and flexibility
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and visual designers to align goals and deliver exceptional user experiences
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system while supporting UX best practices across the team

Requirements

  • 7+ years of UX/Product Design experience, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS platforms
  • Proven ability to lead UX strategy, conduct user research, and design scalable systems for multiple user roles and workflows
  • Skilled in user interviews, discovery sessions, and translating customer insights into actionable designs
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present design thinking clearly to both internal teams and external clients
  • Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools

Nice to have

familiarity with creative production, e-commerce platforms, DAM, CMS, PIM, AI-driven workflows, or modular interface design
