Job Description

You'll be part of our Catalog Management team, working alongside Joël Humblot, Product Director. Together, you'll be shaping the user experience for the Mirakl Platform back office, making complex marketplace and e-commerce concepts simple and intuitive for our global clients. Our role is located in Paris and requires 4 days onsite per week, 1 day remote.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the UX/UI for Catalog Management, collaborating with squads across user management, orders, catalog, pricing, after-sales, and accounting to deliver compelling design solutions to complex business problems
  • Co-develop product vision and design strategy with the Product Director, Group Product Managers and Head of Design in influencing product decisions and aligning design goals with business priorities
  • Build products, not just designs: engage from problem definition through measurement of real impact, challenging assumptions and co-creating solutions at every stage
  • Champion AI-native design practices, actively using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Figma AI, v0, and Uizard to prototype faster, explore more options, and ship better
  • Drive measurable business impact by analyzing adoption and usage of delivered solutions, proposing iterative improvements based on user insights and product metrics

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Product Design experience on complex B2B SaaS products
  • Proven track record of shipped features or products with measurable business impact
  • Demonstrated leadership as a design authority (not necessarily as a manager)
  • Experience representing design with Leadership, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing stakeholders
  • End-to-end design process mastery (strategy, discovery, implementation, impact measurement)
  • User-centered design methodologies (Design Thinking, Double Diamond)
  • AI-native workflow (Claude Code, Cursor, Figma AI, v0)
  • Design System governance and contribution
  • Facilitation of co-creation workshops with cross-functional teams
