Job Description

Lead Producer role in Fever Originals team using data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences. Responsible for leading production of largest SSI experiences and managing team of Associate and Junior producers to ensure high-quality experiences are delivered.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage all aspects of event/projects productions including pre-production logistics planning, hiring, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up
  • Manage several productions and help scale various Fever Original SSI events
  • Develop and manage event production budgets, optimizing resources
  • Manage a team of local producers
  • Source and manage freelancers, vendors and service providers
  • Conduct venue research and booking, negotiate contracts
  • Create productions timelines
  • Secure proper event permits and meet insurance requirements
  • Handle administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams
  • Work with Project Management team to ensure client expectations are met

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in live event and/or experience production industry
  • 1-2 years of people management experience
  • Experience as production or project manager for theatre/dance entertainment or similar project involving management of third party vendors and contractors
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time
  • Proven experience in vendor negotiations, managing production budgets and production issues such as permitting, rules and regulations
  • Understanding of fabrication processes
  • Curious with appetite for learning
  • Able to communicate with various stakeholders
  • Solution-focused
