Your mission is to build the High-Performance Machine that executes those rules (The How). As our O2C Process Excellence Lead, you are the architect of the Order-to-Cash journey. You will take complex financial policies and translate them into a 'Touchless' reality. You sit at the heart of our Finance Transformation, bridging the gap between our Technical Platforms and the local operational reality.

Job Responsibility

  • Translate complex financial policies into a 'Touchless' Order-to-Cash reality
  • Work as the primary Functional Partner to Billing, Tax and Accounting SMEs to turn requirements into Global Process Blueprints and technical specifications
  • Design the end-to-end data lineage from the Marketplace into SAP S/4HANA and MS Dynamics Business Central
  • Partner with Product and Commercial VPs to ensure new business lines are designed for automation before they launch
  • Challenge local markets to drop manual workarounds and adopt the global automated standard.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Finance Transformation or Process Excellence within a high-volume marketplace/tech environment
  • Understanding of IFRS 15, VAT triggers, and Revenue Recognition
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, MS Dynamics Business Central, etc), workflows, data flows, and system dependencies
  • Mentorship skills
  • English advanced/proficient level.

Nice to have

Knowledge of e-money licenses, escrow accounts, or regulated payment flows.
