Job Description

This position is a senior individual contributor role responsible for leading business process improvements across the Americas region and contributing to global transformation initiatives. The role combines technical expertise with leadership and collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead regional discovery, mapping, and optimization of end-to-end business processes across the Americas, aligned with HPEFS’ global transformation strategy
  • Serve as the key transformation point-of-contact for AMS-based stakeholders, collaborating closely with global peers, functional leaders, and digital enablement teams
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma, process mining, and intelligent automation tools to identify high-impact opportunities and redesign workflows
  • Translate process insights into compelling business cases and secure alignment with cross-functional sponsors
  • Guide and mentor regional peers in continuous improvement methodologies, contributing to knowledge sharing and capability building
  • Influence transformation roadmaps and prioritization decisions by leveraging business acumen, data analysis, and deep process understanding
  • Support the advancement of a Process Re-engineering Center of Excellence, contributing to frameworks, playbooks, and global standards

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of business process reengineering, value stream mapping, and operational diagnostics
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with process mining and automation platforms (e.g., Celonis, Signavio, Workfusion, Power Automate)
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and change leadership skills across regions and functions
  • Ability to influence without authority and communicate insights to both technical and executive audiences
  • Proficiency in using data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
  • Experience navigating complex, matrixed environments and driving transformation across geographies
  • 8+ years of experience in process improvement, business transformation, or operational excellence roles in global organizations or consulting
  • Proven success in delivering enterprise-scale process change initiatives with measurable value realization
  • Deep familiarity with AMS business practices and cultural dynamics
