Job Responsibility

You are responsible for professional, technology-related commissioning of plants at our customers' sites across all market segments
You will identify optimizations for drying conditions and drying processes, conduct inspections, and provide on-site customer consulting
Based on customer feedback, new findings, and experience, you will identify potential improvements for drying systems and processes and, together with Product Management, develop new concepts for future solutions in close cooperation with the Drying Competence Center in Raleigh (USA)
You conduct drying trials in the laboratory with and without customers (creating drying curves and deriving the technical design/specification for drying systems)
You are responsible for the sales support in the field of drying for the European region as well as managing the digital product portfolio and advising customers and users
